志摩观光酒店的La Mer THE CLASSIC法式餐厅2016年的G7伊势志摩会议也在这家酒店举行，餐厅入口处大佬们的座位依然像当时一样摆放。日本拍摄的电影《华丽的家族》曾在此取景。餐桌已经准备好，日英menu让人对当晚的菜品一目了然。包括餐前面包、开胃菜、沙拉、汤、两道主食、甜点、咖啡或茶、水果。每道菜上菜前，服务员妹子都会轻声细语地介绍，虽然听不懂，但也觉得如沐春风。前菜的龙虾沙拉就不简单，龙虾在日语里有一种译法叫做&ldquo;伊势海老&rdquo;，可见伊势龙虾在日本海鲜里的地位。果冻啫喱状的其实是龙虾高汤制成，鲜美无比，仔细品尝口腔里都是来自大海的味道。伊势龙虾奶油浓汤也是餐厅的推荐菜品，法式烹饪与日本海鲜最为完美的结合。主菜有两道，分别是鲍鱼与黑毛和牛。所有的菜都是选用志摩当地的食材为原料，也都是品得出来的顶级食材。制作手法采用法餐的做法，但同法餐相比似乎又有一些不同，更加符合亚洲人的口味，每一道菜摆盘都很简单，不加修饰，基本上是做好后直接装盘呈上，非常简洁明快。分量不是像西餐那么大，符合亚洲人的胃。服务生把用餐节奏也把控地很好，不会太过冗长疲累。
